SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Say Okay Creations, LLC, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping. We offer various shipping methods to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Shipping costs will be determined by the shipping method you choose.  We strive to provide transparent and reasonable shipping costs to our customers. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.  We value your loyalty and trust in us, and we will work hard to maintain it through our shipping policies.

Please allow 7-10 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for processing time.  

 

PLEASE CONTACT THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE IF:

 

 If a shipment states that it has been "DELIVERED" on our end, but the package hasn't arrived.

- The package has been stolen.

- The package has been damaged.

These are all delivery issues that will need to be handled with the USPS directly as we will not be able to address those issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Say Okay Creations, LLC.  Please be aware that every single item in our shop is handmade and no 2 items will look exactly the same.  There may be times where there are a few minor differences between what you see on the screen and what you receive.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss the return or exchange process.  All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. We value your satisfaction and trust in us, and we will work hard to maintain it through our return and exchange policies.  CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

In the event that you have received a damaged or defective product, we will email you a return label for that item.  The item must be returned to us within 3 business days or the return will become void.
